Make Ahead Frozen or Fresh Fruit Parfaits


6 oz. Greek yogurt
1/3 cup certified gluten-free old fashioned oats (raw) or regular *
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. milk, any kind
1 cup frozen mixed fruit and berries * or fresh
Options: crushed almonds: chopped pineapple; * canned mandarins; bananas buried in the yogurt.

Stir together yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and milk in a bowl. Layer half inside a small wide-mouth mason jar or tall container then add half the frozen fruit and berries. Layer in remaining yogurt and berries then refrigerate at least overnight and up to 3 days. Cover if more than overnight. Be sure the fruit is broken up.

For a texture mix up add granola on top before you eat and enjoy!
