Many Meal Make Ahead Meatballs

Easy plan ahead for varied meals for you family. Cook for 4 1 oz meatballs per person for each of these meals. Cool. Flat freeze on pan. Package to your needs.

Meatball Cacciatore
½ cup onion
½ cup green pepper or mini small peppers*
2 Portabella mushrooms all sliced
16 meatballs
16 oz. plum tomatoes, diced *
1 tsp. dry oregano and basil. S & P.
Preheat oven to 350. Cook first 3 ingredients in a skillet, stirring, for 10 min. (medium). Add remaining ingredients continue to stir. Pour the stew into a chafing dish and bake for 20 minutes. Remove. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Quick Swedish Meatballs
16 meatballs
¾ jar Classico Alfredo Sauce*
1 tsp. Powdered Beef bouillon
Pinch of Dill & Parsley
In butter or oil, * quick stir meatballs until thawed and slightly browned. On low heat add Alfredo sauce beef bouillon (dissolves in minimal water) and seasonings. Stir until blended and warm. Serve with mashed potatoes and loganberry sauce, or buttered noodles, fresh vegetables and wine? A smooth Pinot Noir.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks
16-18 thawed meatballs
1 Large green pepper, cut into 1” pieces. Or mini small peppers*
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 cup cold water
3 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Heat skillet on medium heat, cook meatballs, green pepper and juice until heated through. In a bowl add cornstarch, water, vinegar, and soy sauce, mix until smooth. Add brown sugar and pineapples to the pan; stir in cornstarch mixture. Bring to a soft boil; cook stirring until thickened, about 2 minutes. If desired, serve with rice and top with fresh green onions.
