MAKE THIS PHARMACY YOUR OWN
Askew's is looking for a pharmacist who wants more than a management title. This is an opportunity to lead an established community pharmacy while having the freedom to shape its future, develop your own ideas and practise pharmacy in a way that reflects your professional interests and strengths.
WHY ASKEW'S?
Professional autonomy: Bring your ideas and help determine the direction of the pharmacy.
A real opportunity to make a difference: Build on an established patient base and strong community relationships.
Excellent compensation: $75-$80/hour based on experience, plus benefits and pension. This is a full-time permanent position.
Recruitment support: Signing bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
Local ownership: Work for a long-established, locally operated organization where relationships and community matter.
Professional support: Askew's covers pharmacist licensing and professional liability insurance.
A CHANCE TO SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work alongside the current manager during the transition, becoming familiar with the pharmacy, patients, team and systems before taking on the leadership role.
You will inherit an established pharmacy - not a blank slate - but you will have considerable opportunity to decide where it goes next. Whether your interests are clinical services, workflow, team development, relationships with local healthcare providers or simply creating an exceptional patient experience, we want you to bring your own ideas.
THE ROLE
The Pharmacy Manager provides professional pharmacy services and leadership for the pharmacy team while overseeing day-to-day operations. The role includes patient care and counselling, workflow and staffing, regulatory compliance, inventory and business operations, and collaboration with Askew's store and senior management.
