Dave started with Askew's Foods Armstong in 1983, when he was still a student working after school. After graduation he started working full time and managed the night crew for 13 years and then moved to day shift 6 years ago. When Askew's Uptown opened in 2012, Dave became Assistant Store Manger. Paul joined Askew's in 1985 as a bag boy after school and worked his way up to Assistant Store Manager. Paul is the "Organic Specialist" in the store looking after ordering and keeping up on the latest and greatest in the entire organic department.More Info... Hide Info...
Pat has been with Askew's since 1975. It was in 1980 that he became the Meat Manager and since that time has created a reputation of high quality products and customer service.More Info... Hide Info...
Jim joined the Askew's team in 1981 where he worked in all departments except the meat department. Jim took over as the Produce Manager in 2002 and has earned the respect of his customers from the great selection of local fruits and vegetables.More Info... Hide Info...

Salmon Arm Rotary Lunch Program

Salmon Arm Rotary Club launches $30,000 School Lunch Program The Salmon Arm Rotary Club in partnership with Askew’s Foods is launching a school lunch program for children in need of daily lunch assistance at elementary schools throughout their service area. The program will assist children from Falkland, Enderby, Salmon Arm, Silver Creek, Sorrento and Sicamous.

Shelley, Thompson, Energy Solutions Manager, Fortis BC was in Salmon Arm on Monday April 8th to present a cheque for $26,200 to Askew’s. The award was given through FortisBC’s Energy Efficient Boiler program which provides incentives to BC Businesses to be more energy efficient.
Askew's is extremely proud to receive the award for "2012 BEST NEW RETAIL BUILDING IN THE REGION" for the Uptown location.
