Salmon Arm Rotary Lunch Program

Salmon Arm Rotary Club launches $30,000 School Lunch Program The Salmon Arm Rotary Club in partnership with Askew’s Foods is launching a school lunch program for children in need of daily lunch assistance at elementary schools throughout their service area. The program will assist children from Falkland, Enderby, Salmon Arm, Silver Creek, Sorrento and Sicamous.

The SALMON ARM SILVERBACKS are back in town and ready to play. There are two home games this week. The first game is Oct 17th against the Victoria Grizzlies with tickets on sale Oct 14th. The second game is Oct 19th against the Langley Rivermen with tickets going on sale Oct 16th. Tickets are available at both of our Salmon Arm locations. Tickets are $9.

Shelley, Thompson, Energy Solutions Manager, Fortis BC was in Salmon Arm on Monday April 8th to present a cheque for $26,200 to Askew’s. The award was given through FortisBC’s Energy Efficient Boiler program which provides incentives to BC Businesses to be more energy efficient.
